This is my son's recipe for cooking turkey. You need to cook it this way from now on. It doesn't matter what you use to write c-o-L-e with, just so long as the turkey doesn't get wet. I'd recommend a Sharpie.

4 feathers isn't quite enough for me. I usually use 6. I also use an orange sharpie, it really adds to the overall appeal of the dish.
